Bases & Access to site: The customer must
provide suitable access for the vehicles to enter site, the vehicles need to get 1.5 metres from base or place of installation. If this is not possible you must make prior arrangements with Stables Direct. We would always recommend if stables are going on a concrete base to sit on 1 row of brick and strapped down. (Brick Plans are sent on ordering, (Strapping optional cost). The vehicles will not go on wet ground incase of damage to vehicles or land, so the customer must organise alternative transport, as if the delivery cannot get to the base on day of delivery the customer will be charged.

As you may know, Joe Blackburn – the founder of Saw Doctors – has a long history with the equine industry and showjumping, having spent his entire life around horses. This experience helped him better understand the requirements for equine fencing solutions – a fence that forms: a permanent boundary, will not degrade over time, and most importantly is safe for horses.
We pride ourselves on sourcing and installing the highest quality materials that will stand the test of time, and we are fully equipped to handle even the most demanding of jobs.
We are proud to be the only registered U.K. installer of Voss farming Mustang wire: a premium German electrified fencing system designed with horses in mind. Installed using Scandinavian Pressure impregnated creosoted Octoposts, this forms a safe yet permanent equine fencing system. If It is the customers responsibility to sort the base where the stables or shelters are being fitted, if stables are going on a concrete base, we would advise having one row of brick laid for the stables to sit on to keep any rain water out. We would recommend strapping the panels to brick work to avoid moving off the brickwork. Customers can do this themselves or we can do this at an optional cost per stable (Please call the office for a quote). We would send a brick plan out once order is placed. They can go onto road plainings and then rubber matting on top of the plainings. If you want a chat of the different options we can go through with you.
